Location:

Levittown, PA - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Responsible for supporting Airgas Digital and Information Technology Procurement; in order to ensure integrity of procurement data, as well as organizational effectiveness and efficiency of Airgas Procurement Tools and Platforms.
  • Support Airgas digital procurement team objectives and planning.

  • Support all stages of Airgas procurement projects during the design, development, and implementation of the finalized product.

  • Responsible for data extraction, preparation and summarization from various sources.

  • Ensures audit process for data preparation and compliance to various procurement initiatives.

  • Supports spend data cleansing (e.g. Taxonomy, Vendor Normalization.); closely working with Digital Procurement Management and partnering with Central Data Team & local Procurement | Finance Teams.

  • Troubleshoot issues to determine if the root cause is process, transactional, data collection or master data related.

  • Maintain strong lines of communication with Digital Procurement Management, Group and Americas procurement teams; as well as Group and Hub Information Technology Teams (as it pertains to Airgas).

  • In accordance with data governance, maintain audit logs for validation and used for troubleshooting support calls.

  • Makes recommendations on process improvements.

  • Communicate with stakeholders and prepare presentation documents to present analytical results.

  • Identify gaps and work with designated stakeholders to address the situation to drive resolution.

  • Responsible for supporting efforts for integrity of procurement data accuracy (e.g. OPEX/CAPEX, INT/EXT, etc.).

  • Support development and/or maintenance of Airgas Procurement Tools / Processes "Playbooks" as directed by Digital Procurement Management.

  • Support Digital Procurement Team in transformational changes and continuous improvement of the Airgas digital procurement tools/platforms.

  • Support Airgas Data Owner(s) & Local Solution Owner(s) as part of the overall AME digital procurement tools/platforms.

  • Support enablement of Airgas digital procurement best practices at a hub and local level.

  • Spreadsheet data entry, compilation and configuration/automation.

  • Contacts internal customers/stakeholders, as needed, to collect data.

  • Responsible for awareness of Procurement "Blue Book" policies to support compliance in Airgas digital procurement.

  • Influence digital procurement consistency and alignment across Airgas for routine digital business processes.

  • Provide assistance, as directed, performing discovery of industry best practices.

  • Support procurement digitization and process improvements to simplify the Airgas buying process (IE External research and benchmarking, process mapping, data analysis).

  • Below responsibilities are as required and directed by Digital Procurement Management.

    • Track efficiencies with programs and compliance on a monthly basis.

    • Provide analytics and reporting.

    • Support special projects as identified.

    • Support training & testing of tools and/or processes as required.

    • Coordinate necessary updates required for procurement tools/platforms.

    • Standardized KPI reporting as required.

    • Partner with Category Management to ensure data accuracy of Airgas Contract Meta Data & Pricing w/in Americas Procurement Tools/Templates & Platforms.

    • General support of Digital Procurement tools/platforms.

  • Bilingual Preferred but not mandatory: Spanish and/or French
