Description: The Facilities Manager oversees and coordinates the planning, implementation, and supervision of all aspects of facility management. This position is based on base at USMC Camp Pendleton, CA. Qualifications and Requirements: Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Federal Secret Level Clearance Experience: College degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field or 5 years of Department of Navy (DoN) specific facilities management Skills and Abilities: A strong understanding of facilities planning Demonstrated skills in project management Extensive knowledge of maintenance processes Experience with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale facilities projects Knowledge of strategic planning and coordination Demonstrated knowledge of USMC facilities planning Preferred certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Proficiency in using facilities management software (e.g., MAXIMO, GEOFidelis) Futron Incorporated is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
