Job Summary
The primary goal of this role is to collect and analyze data in accordance with established policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance for accurate payroll deductions and payments, interpret data to provide actionable insights, and offer recommendations to enhance business decisions, optimize processes, and develop strategies to achieve bottler objectives. Education Requirements
Minimum: 4 year degree in HR, HRIS or Business OR at least 5 years of comparable work experience Years of Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Reporting, Analytics and Automation Required Travel
Travel is expected, up to 20% Hybrid Work Environment

This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion.
