If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this Call Center Representative role is for you!

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.33/hour.

What You'll Do:



  • Answer inbound calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants
  • Provide accurate info on housing programs and application processes
  • Troubleshoot application and account issues
  • Record and update customer interactions
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with your team to resolve complex concerns




Requirements:



  • Associate's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service and/or call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 1 year Office related experience in a professional environment
