Salary: $65,000 - $85,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain KPI's/balance books and budgets
  • Train and facilitate team, new hire orientation
  • Work on warehouse floor to fill in any gaps
  • Work with staffing agencies to maintain staffing needs
  • Make sure warehouse is flowing according to standard of company at all times
  • Maintain the safety of employees following OSHA guidelines




Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience as a warehouse supervisor specifically in distribution
  • Strong attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow instructions effectively
  • Work in a team environment, must be willing to work in any department or area of the warehouse
