Manufacturing Assembler

Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to join a skilled production team in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and is ready to contribute to a company known for innovation and quality.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:$18.24/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks on production lines
• Use various tools including torque wrenches, crimpers, grinders, and painting/cutting equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
• Report safety concerns or process improvement opportunities
• Complete required training and participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing experience is required
• 3+ years of assembly experience preferred
• Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments (e.g., construction equipment, turbines, transformers) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
