Avaya is seeking an experienced and methodical Agile Transformation Leader to drive operational excellence within our product organization. This leadership role will report to the VP of Product Operations and work closely with and in support of our CMO, CTO, and GM of Product and their leadership teams. The ideal candidate will strengthen our product organization through the implementation of disciplined processes, operational frameworks, and efficient systems that enable our product teams to deliver exceptional value to customers. Key Responsibilities *Build and lead an agile transformation function to drive consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across product teams *Bolster product management discipline through standardized processes, tools, and methodologies Planning & Execution Support *Implement effective planning routines that balance customer commitments with strategic initiatives Metrics & Analytics *Design and implement product metrics and KPIs across the product portfolio Tools & Technology *Manage and optimize product management tools (ProductBoard, Pendo, etc.) ABOUT YOU
Qualifications The pay range for this opportunity is from $166,000 to $224,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
