This role's primary focus is overhauling MTU Series 4000 engines; completely disassemble, rebuild and test the engine under full load at this facility.Both factory and in-house training provided with lean manufacturing principals. All applicants must be energetic, perform well with other team members, and willing to learn every aspect of the job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In-Shop and In-Field Responsibilities



  • Inspect the engine for any missing or damaged components
  • Fully disassemble engine and all components
  • Inspect and qualify components that are to be reused
  • Clean and stage all components for reassembly
  • Assemble engine in accordance to OEM standards following our in-house process
  • Perform full dyno testing and quality control to ensure standards are met
  • Clean and prepare engine for paint in accordance to customer specifications
  • Seal up and package engine for shipping
  • Other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education & Experience



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of mechanical, assembly, experience preferred.
