This role centers on strategic innovation and clinical leadership within Enterprise Imaging, leveraging industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to drive growth initiatives. The individual will introduce disruptive ideas to enhance processes and offerings, improving the end-to-end customer experience. Close collaboration with solution success, product development, and other customer-facing teams is essential. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary clinical contact for various programs and projects, supporting post-implementation services, leading training initiatives, and enhancing online self-service platforms. The role demands data-driven problem-solving, clear communication of complex issues, and effective prioritization to meet deadlines while maintaining a solid patient-centric focus. Working cross-functionally, the individual will gather, test, and evaluate ideas, aligning opportunities with business and innovation strategies.

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience as a credentialed medical imaging expert (Radiology or Cardiology)
  • ARRT credentials:

    • Radiography (R)
    • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
    • Computed Tomography (CT)
    • Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT)
    • Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS)
    • Mammography (M)
    • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)
    • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
    • Radiologist Assistant (RA)
    • Advanced CT
    • Advanced MRI


  • Familiarity with imaging department workflows
  • Working knowledge of MS O365
  • Demonstrated advanced presentation skills
  • Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time - Domestic/International as business needs dictates
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience as a Radiology PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) administrator
  • Experience as a clinical trainer
  • Experience in process mapping and revision
  • Working knowledge of CHRS (Change Healthcare Radiology System) and/or Change Healthcare Workflow Intelligence
  • Advanced PACS configuration expertise, including system integration

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
