We are searching for an Experienced Coordinator for the Wound Care Center. PLEASE submit RESUME

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday., 7:30am - 4:00 pm

Looking for:

A minimum of one (1) year related experience is required.
• Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional courses or training.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and computer/data skills required.
• Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Windows software, i.e. Word, Excel, etc. Medical terminology and/or coding preferred.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Position reports to Manager, Program of designee. Schedule patient appointments including initial as well as follow-up, answer telephone, initiate calls, take and relay messages, and resolve a variety of routine questions, inquiries, etc from patients, physicians and other hospital personnel while maintaining the highest level of customer service and timeliness with follow-up. Transcribe with accuracy orders for new patients, including providers orders for ancillary testing, consult, biopsies and cultures.

• Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Windows software, i.e. Word, Excel, etc. Medical terminology and/or coding preferred.
• Perform multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of one (1) year related experience is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
