Scope:

The position of Accounts Payable Coordinator requires an accounting background with a working knowledge of the accounts payable and cash disbursement functions. The qualified candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills. Job duties may change and will require someone who can adapt to a changing work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review, process and perform data entry of AP transactions using Oracle and/or other systems
  • Verify and reconcile vendor accounts
  • Maintain historical records by keeping documents easily accessible to you and others on the team
  • Prepare and process weekly check run
  • Resolve invoice issues with internal and external sources
  • Prepare month-end AP accrual entry
  • Provide support for other team members as needed
  • Maintain accountability for hours worked and meet required productivity goals
  • Take on challenging assignments to resolve problems and improve processes
  • Perform all assigned job duties with little supervision

  • Recommends and implements improvements to processes increasing efficiency
  • Ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group meetings and discussions and give and receive information accurately
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages
  • Attends or conducts meetings to negotiate, explain, persuade, or present information with ahigh degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

Education & Experience:

Required Education: High School Diploma required. Additional Education in accounting field is preferred.
Required Work Experience:2-5 years of accounts payable experience

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
