Services & Support Operations Division The Services and Support Operations (SSO) is a global leader of integrated MRO services and support. Engineer III (SSO Division - Location: Kalamazoo, MI) Position Summary The Customer Support Engineer will provide Hydraulic System products in-service support for the Hydraulic Systems Division (HSD) in Kalamazoo, MI. He or She will work closely with customers to monitor system performance and look for product trends that may affect system reliability. Frequently interface with customers to present system project status.
