We are currently seeking a talented Automation Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our NVH team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and performance. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sustainable automation solutions that advance our manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of manufacturing team members, engineering, operations, and quality to develop solutions that improve operational performance and aid our production team members in day-to-day manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in automation engineering, a strong background in control systems, mechanical design, communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
