Statement of Purpose Provides comprehensive support to Channel stakeholders, including non-profit agencies, distribution partners, federal agencies, and internal teams. Education Two years of college education from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant work experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Training and Specialized Knowledge
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and organize tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Experienced in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, balancing competing priorities, and coordinating resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Experience
- Minimum of three years' general office experience. Knowledge of the AbilityOne Program and product lines preferred. Database management experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) is required for reporting, data analysis, and effective communication.
Travel Limited Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately collect customer data from various sources such as forms, emails, and websites to ensure proper processing and management of channel partners.
- Develop, manage, and maintain customer databases, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is accurately completed.
- Deliver training and support materials to partners to ensure channel partners are equipped to succeed in the distribution program.
- Track email bounce rates, and flag contacts for removal if emails to them are consistently bouncing, ensuring the health of our communication outreach.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to perform under pressure, successfully managing multiple projects at once with minimal guidance. Exhibits exceptional time management skills, prioritizing tasks efficiently to ensure high levels of accuracy and timely completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring positive and effective communication, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Support Channel team on ad-hoc projects.
