This position is required to be on-site and is located in Loveland, Colorado.

This position will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidation, Retail and be responsible for supporting the completion of consolidation and financial accounting reporting tasks.

What you will do:



  • Maintain ERP master data mappings across SAP and Peoplesoft accounting systems to ensure compliance with internal and external auditors
  • Process and reconcile transactional data/general ledger balances between different ERPs
  • Maintain governance and control of accounting periods so that transactions are posted in the correct month
  • Provide support and guidance to companies in North America, Australia and South America
  • Translate local currencies to USD and confirm translated amounts agree with reports and align across ERPs
  • Analyze companies with non-controlling interests for correct accounting of ownership
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis during the closing process
  • Accumulate data and commentary to generate quarterly/yearly reports and schedules that will be used in internal and external financial reports
  • Participate in system projects and implementations
  • Completion of information requests from external, internal auditors and corporate tax



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from a recognized institution
  • 4+ years relevant business experience
  • Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Strong integrity and business ethics
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with a focus on intermediate Excel skills, experience with Power BI, SAP and Peoplesoft is desired
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines and display a sense of urgency around month-end deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and system solutions to best support accounting and finance teams across the world
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral and listening)
  • Self-motivated with a drive to find efficiencies and learn new skills



Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $71,900 - $133,400/annually.This range is estimated forAccountant, Retail, Financial Reporting and Consolidationin Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
