Job Summary The Test Engineer will be responsible for development and implementation of product testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of products, identifying and resolving issues throughout the production process. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing parameters, document procedures, and analyze results, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.
Job Description A TEST Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing various mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and products.
Responsibilities: * Gather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards) * Inspect raw materials and machinery to identify defects and malfunctions * Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed * Run quality controls on components and final products * Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems * Analyze test results, detect issues and track root causes * Implement fixes and improvements to new and existing testing systems * Document technical issues and solutions * Build, troubleshoot and repair automated testing systems for regular checks * Ensure our products and procedures meet industry standards (e.g. ISO)
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement 18+
- MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field
- 0-5 years of experience working as an engineer
- Competent with NI Labview, Allen-Bradley, Unitronics (Visilogic) and Mitsubishi Melsec Software
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
