Overview

The Regional Director of Revenue Management for the Independent Luxury & Lifestyle Portfolio is responsible for shaping and driving customized revenue strategies across a dynamic collection of independent hotels and resorts. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance the individuality of each property with commercial performance goals. The Regional Director leads revenue optimization efforts across all segments and channels, collaborating closely with on-property teams to deliver topline results that align with each property's unique market position and guest experience.

The position oversees monitoring of transient, group pricing and analysis of trends and future demand to guide hotels in establishing their strategies. The Independent Brand Regional will also lead system implementation efforts across our independent portfolio and development/training of on our leaders in these independent systems. The position requires regular travel.

Compensation

Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $175,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible? No Discretionary Performance Bonus Eligible? Yes
