Overview Assist Club guests with arrival and departure, while providing positive guests experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the Health Club and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Maintain the weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensuring equipment is clean, functioning properly, re-racked properly and used according to the guidelines of the facility Ensure guest members are aware of all programs and fitness classes available Instruct guests in use of equipment and provide basic fitness information Maintain attendance records and ensure all guests have registered in the facility Assist in promoting the facility and organize special events as required Stock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes. Empty carts of soiled linen and trash. Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean. Ensure guests have been given items that will enhance their experience. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand and move throughout area and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Compensation Salary Range: $25.93 - $25.93 Hourly Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
