This position reports to
IS Category Lead Arch. Workplace & UC
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be accountable to deliver and orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third-party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
*Collaborates with IS Service Owners and Solution Architects to shape IS domain service operations.
*Aligns business process demands with existing or new IS services, assisting in demand management and project planning.
*Supports DevOps integration by coordinating operational and development efforts.
*Reviews SLAs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
*Contributes to vendor contract definition for operational activities, service levels, and SLAs.
*Ensures service requests are fulfilled within SLA targets and helps define the domain service Catalog.
*Defines monitoring requirements and ensures a consistent experience across all user interaction points.
*Supports the development of the IS service catalog and contributes to service introduction and user support strategies.
*Drives incident, problem, and service request processes, ensuring effective service delivery.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors in any discipline and additional qualification relevant to role
- Certification preferred- Certified Professional in Microsoft Security & Data Protection (DLP Focus
- Certification required- Any security certification
