Staffmark is partnering with a leading logistics provider in Monroe, LA, to find a reliable and organized Dispatcher. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys playing a key role in daily operations.

Pay: $12.50/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:



  • Answer inbound calls and efficiently dispatch tow trucks to service locations
  • Relay accurate job details and updates to drivers in real time
  • Utilize GPS tracking and dispatch software to monitor routes and assignments
  • Coordinate with roadside assistance programs, insurance companies, and local authorities
  • Accurately document vehicle information, assignments, and call details



Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 year of dispatch or logistics coordination experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
