SEI is hiring a Director of Sales Operations. This role will be a senior leader whooversees strategy and long-term planning for the sales organization, focusing on developing and implementing sales strategies, setting KPIs, and forecasting/budgeting for the sales department.

What you will do:

  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and workflows to streamline the sales lifecycle.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of sales technologies, CRM systems, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans.
  • Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of sales operations with overall business objectives
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for sales professionals.
  • Oversee the design and administration of sales compensation plans.
  • Ensure alignment with sales objectives and budgetary considerations.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a successful Director of Sales Operations or in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
  • Experience establishing key performance metrics and sales dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth and performance goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize sales processes and implement sales technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, planning, and compensation management.
