Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated patent attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join its St. Louis, Missouri office. Stinson's patent attorneys advise companies on every aspect of intellectual property law, including patent protection and strategy, enforcement and client counseling. We also defend clients against claims of infringement. The major clients that we advise include companies in the following industries: medical devices; consumer devices; transportation; construction; agribusiness; sports and recreation; cannabis; heat, ventilating and air conditioning; infrastructure protection and repair; manufacturing equipment; and electrical and fiber optic connectors. This position's responsibilities would include patent application preparation and prosecution in the mechanical, electrical, and chemical arts. This position will also perform due diligence related to intellectual property-based transaction, licensing, and portfolio management. Qualifications
