For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary & Responsibilities The Senior Planner II, Production Scheduler will deliver a finite production schedule and ensure all commitments for Production Plan of Record are achieved. Develop and build processes to manage and plan all production related activities including planned maintenance and calibration activities to ensure all project milestones and Quality and Compliance requirements are met. Respond to changes in Plan of record and High-Level Schedules to identify constraints and identify and propose mitigations.
- Conduct regular 'handshake' meeting with Production Planner to discuss priorities and to monitor / control schedule break-ins.
- Meet daily with Operations to ensure adherence to schedule timelines.
- Anticipate and communicate potential risks to the production plan.
- Updates the Standard Work Plan to reflect any changes to timelines.
- Liaise with Maintenance & Calibration teams to ensure all monthly calibrations, PMs and ECO's are scheduled.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all Operation activities are visible to ensure adequate support.
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Planning to ensure all materials are ready and available 7 days prior to start of a campaign/MBR execution. Also, ensures availability of cleaning materials and gowning.
- Create, schedule, and adjust downtime holds to maintain accurate system capacity reflecting detailed resource and labor availability.
- Use finite production scheduling and process models to create "what if" scenarios to enable ramp up of production cadence, optimize product changeover and plan for lead in and recovery from delays/warm downs/shutdowns.
- Revise and author SOPs.
- Support QMS records for MFG.
- Develop and provide training to the ERP system for MFG.
- Interface with Supply Chain Operations Scheduler to create efficiencies.
- Maintain and report out on Manufacturing Schedule Attainment, Batch Completions and POR Plan vs Actual.
- Maintain and report out metrics per project/client on Batch Record review timeline.
- Maintain and report out metrics per project/client on production order timely closure.
- Use system reports to ensure all raw materials and components are available for production for assigned brands as well as supporting the budgeting process.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and provide options around eliminating such bottlenecks.
- Manage a structured business process to ensure all non-standard work is scheduled in a controlled manner.
- Support Scheduling activities associated with New Product Introductions in conjunction with project teams.
- Participate/Lead OE (Operation Excellence) initiatives.
- Support shift Continuous improvement projects and method 1's in relation to ERP and material issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports/presentations as required.
- Ensure return of unused components/materials to the warehouse and associated transaction in the ERP system,
- Provide a single point of contact for ERP incidents, project initiatives and support.
- Develop and maintain value stream Maps
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive MFG/Planning experience
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- An excellent understanding of process manufacturing/computer systems, and demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant pharmaceutical/food/ or CPG manufacturing experience
- Related manufacturing material management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's Degree
- In-depth user knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of VEEVA QMS system
- Good Experience using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Advanced experience with Excel creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proven experience in production scheduling, planning, project management and/or inventory management experience using ERP system within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in GMP/cGMP environment.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
