HR Specialist

AccordCare is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our Florida locations. This individual will be responsible for leading and executing key human resources initiatives for the company with a compliance focus. Collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail will be key to the success of this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the organization. This position requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year HRIS experience required; HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred.
• 1 year experience working with an electronic medical record system (EMR) preferred.
• 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
• Experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred.
• Computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
