Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Dialog Flow ES Google Dialog Flow CX Google CCAI Platform Google Agent Assist Google Insights and Google Info Bot. Additionally experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains is essential. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog Flow ES and CX.
  • Oversee the integration of Google CCAI Platform to enhance customer interactions and automate processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in developing and deploying Google Agent Assist to support customer service representatives.
  • Implement Google Insights to analyze and optimize conversational data for improved performance.
  • Develop and maintain Google Info Bot to streamline information retrieval and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.
  • Conduct regular assessments and updates to AI models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI tools and platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for AI implementation within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and healthcare technologies to drive innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Dialog Flow ES and CX.
  • Have extensive experience with Google CCAI Platform and its components.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Agent Assist for customer service enhancement.
  • Show expertise in leveraging Google Insights for data analysis and optimization.
  • Have practical experience in developing Google Info Bot for efficient information retrieval.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
