API Test Automation Engineer with Python
Location: Hopkins, MN Required Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance
* 5+ years of experience in automation of API testing (Postman, ReadyAPI or similar tools)
* 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Load Testing, Azure cloud knowledge (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hub)
* Working experience on CI/CD, Jenkins and different test automation libraries
* Expertise in using JIRA and any other test management tools like Quality Center / ALM
* Experience in working with Agile based projects
* Should be able to play lead role by coordinating onsite and offshore resources along with customer communications Preferred skills: Playwright (front end test automation experience) and Power BI Roles/Responsibilities:
* Participating in agile ceremonies.
* Coordinate with offshore/onsite teams.
* Co-ordinate with clients and business to collect the requirements.
* Co-ordinate with product manager or owner to clarify the requirements
* Setup automation framework
* Write test plans and cases for in scope requirements/user stories.
* Prepare test data
* Script automation code for candidate test cases
* Execute the automation scripts
* Very strong Interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication Work Authorization:
