Under limited supervision the analyst will collect on outstanding accounts receivable. Conduct research to determine payment barrier and
resolve payment issue to completion. Prepare ad hoc and month end reports for customers and/or leadership. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.

Responsibilities
1. Review assigned portfolio accounts daily and take the appropriate action to reconcile accounts.
2. Evaluate high risk accounts to mitigate financial loss for the organization.
3. Maintain detailed records of communication with customers on accounts.
4. May provide recommendation to management for payment terms, collection strategies, payment plans and/or credit limits.
5. Prepare month end reports on status of accounts and support additional ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills. Basic proficiency in use of Personal Computer, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database
applications when applicable. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout Red Cross system.

*Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's
minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

PAY INFORMATION: The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. We do not offer an annual bonus for this role. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role. **We will review specific salary information at the time of phone screening based upon your location & experience.**
