The Program Manager, Early Adopter program plays a key role in organizing and driving the solutions operations delivery team(s) and product teams to align with the operational readiness aspects of the software and product development lifecycle. The role works closely with our Solutions Success Management, Product Management, Engineering, Implementations and Support teams to ensure successful product delivery through thorough knowledge transfer, training, documentation and process refinement for early adopters across all EI product solutions. The role is responsible for driving cross functional teams for on-time project deliverables while solving complex issues across multiple functions and enabling the delivery teams to keep moving projects forward while working closely with solution success management and product management to resolve product issues, elaborate on internal documentation where needed, and managing the updates for product implementation artifacts and training materials. The role ensures alignment between solution delivery and operations such that customer timelines and commitments are clearly stated, understood, and managed within the SDLC and PDLC, and the post-launch team has the knowledge, skills, and ability to deploy at scale. *All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
