Summary:
The Operations Transformation Specialist is responsible for being a facilitator of performance improvement, change management and project management principles and methodologies in order to address opportunities for improvement while promoting stakeholder engagement in solution development. This role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of processes and systems tied to the MaineHealth Strategic Plan Scorecard and overall Strategic Plan.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. The Operations Transformation Specialist is responsible for being a facilitator of performance improvement, change management and project management principles and methodologies in order to address opportunities for improvement while promoting stakeholder engagement in solution development. This role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of processes and systems tied to the MaineHealth Strategic Plan Scorecard and overall Strategic Plan.
  2. License/Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience: Three years' experience facilitating improvement in a healthcare setting
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Black Belt certification preferred
