We are Canteen.* Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager will manage the market refresh and compliance program ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies & procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Generate regular pricing reports and analyze sales data to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies. * Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies as well as laws and regulations. * Monitor and report on compliance issues and breaches. * Provide training and support to employees on compliance-related matters. * Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints. * Stay up to date with changes in laws & regulations and update company policies accordingly. * Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance role or distribution a plus! * Account Management experience, a plus! * Client facing / customer service experience. * Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. * Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. * Effective communication and people skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
