THE JOB:

As a Bus Person at Rivea at Mandalay Bay, you'll be an essential part of the team, supporting the seamless flow of service and helping to create exceptional dining experiences. From keeping the dining room and service areas clean and well-stocked to assisting with resetting tables and supporting the food runner team, your attention to detail and teamwork will help ensure every guest enjoys a polished, memorable visit.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.2187

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories and fold napkins properly

• Clear, clean, and sanitize tables completely, and reset with clean linens, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of experience as a Bus or Food Runner

• Experience in a full-service, three course meal restaurant settingis preferred
