THE JOB:
Step behind the bar and into the spotlight! As an Apprentice Bartender, you'll do more than assist-you'll help create the energy and atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. With a warm smile and a passion for service, you'll support the bartender, keep the bar area looking its best, and connect with guests to craft unforgettable moments. Every interaction is your chance to turn an ordinary night into a lasting memory.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Support the Bar Experience: Assist with drink preparation, mixes, and garnishes while ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. Help set up and maintain supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes, so the team can deliver flawless service.

• Keep it Clean & Guest Ready: Maintain a polished, sanitary bar area by cleaning equipment, tools, and glassware. Perform opening and closing duties to ensure a seamless shift transition and an inviting atmosphere from start to finish.

• Deliver Unforgettable Service: Engage with guests to create memorable experiences, respond to inquiries with energy and care, and resolve concerns within your scope-or escalate when needed to protect service excellence and safety.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age.

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
