JR Financial Analyst, Coordinator
needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's Entertainment client located in Culver City, CA.

Pay Rate:$23-25 per hour (Max)
Position Overview
- In this role, you will be providing support for our labels by working on all merchandise-related finance functions, and day-to-day operational support.
Day to Day Operational Support
- Assisting with Account, Vendor & Metadata Set-up Requests
- Invoicing Review and Processing; prepare TOA and ensure invoices are paid in a timely fashion.
- Checking daily wires report from corporate, review and claim cash receipts.
Month End Close and Reporting
- Analyzing the full Ceremony of Roses P&L and balance sheet.
- Supporting the monthly close, all related monthly journal entries.
Tour Support
- Managing cash receipts for Touring
- Journalizing AR
- Assist in preparation of Tour Settlements; (Locate tour expenses - Shipping, Road Reps, Tour Inventory (reconcile production vs. closing inventory)
Other Support and Analysis
- Developing a keen understanding of Retail, Tour, and Licensing revenue streams for operational support and continuous development of best practices
- Assist in the preparation of the forecast file (Actual vs. Forecast) by month manually by artist, label, and revenue stream.
- Ad Hoc tour, retail, and or licensing analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of business experience in accounting or financial analysis role (entertainment / music industry experience a plus, with an interest in music being ideal) and working knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience with SAP.
- Highly skilled in MS Excel and solid proficiency in other MS applications.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, detail oriented and proactive with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and achieve effective results in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- A curious individual who demonstrates attention to detail and can identify gaps in which processes can be done better.
- Entertainment industry preferred but not required.
Estimated Min Rate: $23.00
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
