Responsibilities Negotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts with hospitals and providers (i.e. local, larger groups/systems, ancillaries, ambulatory surgery centers, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care facilities) in accordance with company standards in order to maintain and enhance provider networks while meeting and exceeding accessibility, compliance, quality, financial goals, cost initiatives, and client satisfaction. Design, develop, contract, maintain and enhance relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers which serve as contractual networks of care for claimants foster growth of products and enhance profitability of QualCare and Coventry. Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Required Skills and Experience: Requires minimum five years experience in contract negotiations, specifically with provider ancillary and hospitals.
