And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

At Salesforce, our Public Sector business empowers agencies to modernize services, strengthen trust, and deliver mission-critical outcomes using the power of the #1 AI CRM. We build secure, scalable, and compliant solutions creating trusted digital experiences for our customers. We drive efficiency and help agencies connect with their global customers and constituents in powerful new ways. Our internal public sector teams rely on Salesforce every day to drive operational excellence and deliver value to our customers. Join us to shape the future of technology in the Public Sector.

We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Product Management to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that support Salesforce's Public Sector business. These solutions enable sales, services, and customer success teams to operate effectively in a highly regulated, data-sensitive environment.

This is a pivotal role for driving cross-functional alignment, maximizing Salesforce-on-Salesforce capabilities, and ensuring our internal stakeholders have the digital technology and insights they need to support a multi-billion-dollar Public Sector portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and management of the company's IT products from inception to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure product success
  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on trends, compliance regulations, and customer needs
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and development for key products
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while assigning appropriate tasks to meet deadlines and team goals
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders-including Sales, Services, Customer Success, Business Operations, Compliance, and Digital Enterprise Technology teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable and high-impact solutions
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and make necessary adjustments to product strategy, and ensure all products align with the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Champion secure and compliant use of products in alignment with regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP and CMMC
  • Improve data visibility, user experience, process automation, and reporting across Public Sector workflows
  • Drive the Salesforce-on-Salesforce strategy by leveraging core platform capabilities, AI, and analytics to enable internal productivity and scale
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and continuously improve based on user feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success delivering internal tools or platforms that support enterprise sales, services, or customer success functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and internal use cases (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage cross-functional priorities.
  • Deep understanding of data integrity, operational compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting public sector go-to-market functions or working in regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce internal systems, governance processes, or Salesforce-on-Salesforce practices.
  • Strong understanding of public sector selling motions, contracts, and delivery models.

Why Join Us:
This is your opportunity to lead impactful internal products that directly enable Salesforce's Public Sector growth. You'll help our internal teams serve government customers more effectively, securely, and efficiently-while working at the heart of a mission-driven business.
