The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multifaceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries, craftspeople, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

About the role

As a global, internal creative agency, we are building a scalable content production studio of our dreams - where production design can be centralized, ad hoc creative projects can be delivered, and our tools and systems operationalized. The foundation of this team is to allow our incredibly talented creative thinkers to focus on what they do best, while ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on brand, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

As the Production Coordinator on the team, you will work closely with the Production Manager in overseeing the intake process in Slack Lists and managing the overall high level view of the team workload and project allocations. You will meet regularly with the studio designers and check in on their projects, status and validate their current work in the Slack project flow. In addition you will have the opportunity to help on managing individual projects as needed.

What you will do

* Work with the Production Manager to intake and assign projects within our Slack Lists workflows.

* Track the projects of each resource on the Production Studio team, flag over-allocations or availability to Studio leadership.

* Be a partner with the leadership and technology team on suggesting improvements to our process and workflows.

* Present overall workflow and project allocations in weekly studio meetings.

* Deliver dashboards of WIP and completed projects to Creative leadership

* Work with Studio designers to create a quarterly QBR deck of work done by the studio

* Hands on management of projects that come in through intake on a project by project basis.

What experience you have

* BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field

* 3+ years of managing projects in a marketing organization ideally with a creative or production focus

* Hyper organized, experience working with spreadsheets, organizing data and presenting it clearly and effectively

* Understanding of creative production processes across digital, video, audio & print formats

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Demonstrated communication skills, active listening and the ability to deliver information clearly and concisely and with empathy.

* Expert Knowledge of Google Workspace

* Experience working with project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Workfront etc. Huge plus if you have experience with Slack Lists.
