Summary

As a Credit Card Administrator in our Customer Service department, you will provide support to both the Credit Card and Safe Deposit areas of the bank. You will respond to questions pertaining to the features and benefits of both departments as it relates to options, pricing, best practices, and security. You will also complete and process applications, lease agreements, and all maintenance documentation to establish and maintain these services.

  • Ability to complete a task with focus and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a positive manner.
  • Familiarity with the bank's credit card policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have most or all of the following qualifications:

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
  • Prior banking or similar customer service experience preferred.
  • Three or more years of previous Safe Deposit / Credit Card experience preferred.
  • Ability to be mobile to accommodate meeting requests and interact with other departments.
