*Description*
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively interact with end-users and provide clear explanations. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune is preferred, as the role will involve managing user accounts and mobile devices. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT by responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Be responsible for reviewing service desk ticket queues, documenting support, diagnostic activities, and escalating issues as required. Promote cross-team relationships with other IT support team members to facilitate timely responses and resolutions. Monitor progress and keep customers informed while providing excellent customer service. Provide general remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners, and peripheral devices. Provide general remote support for all IT approved software applications. Be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation. Provide detailed personal advice and guidance to all users in the effective use of systems, products, and services available to them. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Provide in-person support, and occasional travel to other offices and plants located in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota. *Skills* Help desk, Help desk support, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Service desk, Customer service, bilingual, intune, Azure AD *Top Skills Details* Help desk,Help desk support,Troubleshooting,Active directory *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 3-5 years of experience in an IT service desk or help desk role An associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but the focus is on relevant work experience rather than educational. Bilingual in English and Spanish, as many of the plant workers have Spanish as their first language. Experience with PC imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
