Flower Foods, Inc. is looking to add a talented Route Sales Director to our quickly growing team! Title: Route Sales Director The Route Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for managing the company's Route SalesRepresentatives (RSR), Route Delivery Driver (RDD) and Route Sales Specialists (RSS). The RSD isresponsible for the ordering, sales, delivery, and merchandising of a slate of nationally- and locallybranded fresh baked products for assigned customers in a defined geographic market. The position is tooversee the operational execution of route sales and delivery routes, with a focus of driving productivity,efficiency, and service to customers. RSDs will review and analyze efficiency and productivity metrics of the workforce to ensure compliance to expected durations of required tasks. This position will provide updates and recommendations to the Company - VP of Market Sales to discuss ways to improve efficiency, productivity, customer relationships and sales performance. Position is accountable for transportation of goods from the distribution center to assigned customer base. RSDs manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow customer base, seek new selling opportunities on the routes, and track sales data. RSDs will work independently with minimal supervision. As needed, operate company routes, and provide coverage of routes for RSRs time-off. Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
