The Documentation Department is responsible for the safe-keeping and accuracy of mortgage loan documents. A Documentation Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for analyzing information, identifying potential risk, and documenting the findings for the Documentation Acquisition team. Primary responsibilities include:
Position Requirements: This position requires up to 1 -3 years of relevant experience conducting quality reviews of complex documents. Preference given to those with previous title review, mortgage servicing, quality control, auditing, or real estate background. Preferred Skills:
