The Documentation Department is responsible for the safe-keeping and accuracy of mortgage loan documents. A Documentation Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for analyzing information, identifying potential risk, and documenting the findings for the Documentation Acquisition team.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Conducting an in-depth review of mortgage loan documents to identify potential risks / issues.
  • Review reports and/or information from 3rd parties to identify potential risks / issues.
  • Prepare accurate reports and supporting documentation that clearly identify results, risk ratings, and, Documentation Department due diligence recommendations.
  • Monitor on-boarding activity to ensure mortgage loans are properly transferred to MidFirst.
  • Prepare accurate reports and supporting documentation that clearly confirms that loans are properly transferred to MidFirst post transfer.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with third parties such as attorneys, title companies and other mortgage servicers.
  • Provide support to co-workers by researching issues and responding to inquiries with detailed explanations and comprehensive solutions.
  • Assist with projects and performing other relevant duties as required

Position Requirements:

This position requires up to 1 -3 years of relevant experience conducting quality reviews of complex documents. Preference given to those with previous title review, mortgage servicing, quality control, auditing, or real estate background.

  • Excellent organization skills



**This position is on-site at our corporate campus in north Oklahoma City; therefore, you must reside in this area in order to be considered for this opening. **
