As our Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our services in your assigned region. You'll own the customer journey from introduction to long-term partnership, bringing real solutions to the challenges fleet managers, owner-operators, and transportation leaders face every day.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Drive business growth by prospecting and closing new service accounts.
  • Represent our brand and OEM partners at the ground level-consulting with customers on their needs, demonstrating our capabilities, and delivering confident solutions
  • Promote company service offerings such as preventive maintenance and inspections, diagnostics and mobile repair, emergency repair, fleet management and compliance solutions and Service Center repair and maintenance
  • Manage your territory strategically, using data insights and customer feedback
  • Collaborate across teams, including service techs, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Track and report on pipeline activity using our CRM tools

What you Bring:

  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth in B2B environments - ideally within trucking, fleet services, automotive, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Familiarity with diesel equipment, truck components, truck systems, repair cycles, truck services, fleet operations and maintenance services are a strong plus
  • High-performance mindset - competitive, driven, and motivated by results.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • A self-starter mentality with exceptional discipline, follow-through, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - a natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it over the long term.
  • Team player mentality - you collaborate well across departments and contribute to a culture of shared success, while still owning individual accountability.
  • Comfortable with territory travel (up to 80% local, home at night) and in-person client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with sales pipeline tracking and reporting.

Why Join Us?

  • Starting base salary of up to $80k/year (pending experience level) + uncapped commission potential
  • Car allowance
