Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market Segment within the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This leader will play a critical role in accelerating growth in one of Lenovo's most important strategic segments: SMB and Mid-Market customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership, a proven track record in infrastructure solutions, and the ability to drive performance, scale through the channel, and execute against aggressive market share goals. This individual will lead a national team of Data Center sellers focused on landing new customers, expanding existing accounts, and driving transformational solutions across compute, storage, software, and services. A deep understanding of solution selling, partner engagement, and segment-based strategy will be key to success. Key Responsibilities:

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $168,000-$210,000, structured as a 70/30 split - 70% base salary and 30% commission. Individuals may also be considered for additional bonuses. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
