What we are looking for:

The Sales Specialist will assist in creating estimates and sales orders and will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. This role provides support for Account Managers and serves as a stepping stone to more advanced sales positions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone working with Account Managers and specific customers.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices from customers.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records as needed.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Work with sales team to ensure they hit their territory quota.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of experience in Sales, Education, Solar Power, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • A strong desire to help customers and meet their needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Read and understand an electrical single line diagram as it pertains to Stem's equipment
  • Learn networking requirements
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Understanding of software sales process, a plus
  • Experience or basic understanding of PV systems a plus

Job Location

  • US Remote

The Total Target Cash range for this role is $77,100 to $115,650. (Base + Commission at 100% of plan)

Base range is listed below.

Salary Range$61,680.00 - $92,520.00
