Currently recruiting a Remote Executive Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership team. This is a key administrative support role for a growing healthcare staffing company serving federal government clients across the U.S. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, preparing detailed reports, coordinating travel, and handling sensitive information with discretion. You ll serve as a trusted partner to senior executives anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a fully remote position, ideal for a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes for CEO and senior staff
  • Draft and format reports, memos, invoices, and high-level executive correspondence
  • Arrange detailed domestic travel and prepare meeting briefings and itineraries
  • Complete and track expense reports, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • Prioritize incoming issues and communications with sound judgment and discretion
  • Serve as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive matters
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT:
  • 2 years of executive-level administrative support experience (C-Suite preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines independently
  • Secure workspace with reliable internet access.
