Description Acara Solutions is seeking an AP Manager for a client in downtown Buffalo. Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday flexibility between 7:30AM to 5PM. After 90 days of employment, this position offers 1-day remote Salary: Up to 75,000K, DOE Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise AP staff, ensuring timely coding, processing, and payment of payables. Expense Management: Oversee general ledger expense account usage and reporting, promoting consistency and best practices. Process Optimization: Develop, document, and refine AP workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. System Administration: Manage thirdparty invoice management system Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with handson AP expertise; bachelor's degree in accounting preferred. Proven track record supervising or managing direct reports. Proficient with general accounting software and Excel (intermediate to advanced).
