Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid for our client in Charlotte, NC Interested?

  • The Training Lead is responsible for creating, deploying, and cataloging training curriculums and materials to ensure all employees are proficient in updated manufacturing and warehousing standards.
  • This role is crucial in maintaining the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement by providing comprehensive and accessible training resources.
  • Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training curriculums and materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and video content, to ensure all employees are well-versed in updated standards.
  • Deploy Training Programs: Facilitate the deployment of training programs, ensuring effective delivery and understanding across all departments.
  • Catalog Content: Organize and catalog training materials in a systematic and efficient manner, making them easily accessible for future reference.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training materials and methods.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $43.00 - $55.00/ Hour

Hours: 40 hours/week 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and deploying training materials
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in creating video content and using relevant software.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and putting developmental programs together such as rotational programs, apprenticeships, curriculum development, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing and deploying technical training
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in using video editing software to create engaging and effective material
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Training experience within an operations / manufacturing environment
  • Having prior leadership roles within an operations environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to catalog content efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
