Senior Financial Analyst/Business Program Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst/Business Program Analyst at Sabre Systems, you will employ your talent towards improving the systems used on the United States Navy's most sophisticated Aircraft. Join our Team at Patuxent River Naval Air Station located in Lexington Park, MD for this on-site role in support of some of the Navy's most technologically sophisticated aircraft platforms including the P-8A Poseidon. The selected candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Utilizing Government Business Financial Manager (BFM) Planning and Execution Tools and Applications, i.e. Navy ERP, CSPT, CLINs, G-INVOICE
• Utilizing Government Contracting Planning and Execution Tools, Applications, and Documentation, i.e. PMT, PIDs, CDRLs, SOWs, PWSs
• Assisting with the planning and development of long-term Government requirements and budgets during annual POM cycles and across the FYDP
• Assisting with the execution of annual requirements and budgets with various Government appropriations
• Identifying short and long-term cost-savings through contract solicitations and competition, re-defining requirements, and risk management
• Soliciting appropriate levels of funding from various stakeholders based on evolving requirements
• Identifying labor and funding gaps and at-risk requirements through detailed cost and labor force analysis

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
• Ten (10) years of experience in related work experience is required
• Must have experience with Navy ERP, CSPT, and working with annual budgets
• Must have DoD experience, specifically working in PMA's
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher or able to obtain one
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
