Senior Subcontracts Administrator

TSC is seeking a highly qualified Senior Subcontracts Administrator to support several defense programs. The Senior Subcontracts Administrator will be a subject matter expert who can develop solutions and assist program managers and business unit leaders in achieving their financial, contractual and performance goals. Prior experience supporting Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) is critically important.

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator will respond to complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative. The successful candidate will be considered an expert within TSC and will be required to pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. This position will require periodic onsite support to include customer meetings and proposal preparation, otherwise remote work is possible.

Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience supporting Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR).
• Build successful partnerships with the program teams to understand business needs while negotiating the most favorable terms and conditions.
• Meet department metrics regarding compliance and support process improvement initiatives.
• Performs analysis of supplier proposals with respect to T's & C's, appropriate FAR clause flow-downs, proposed price/cost, schedule, and coordination of the technical response as it relates to the specifications/statement of work.
• Reduce risks through negotiation of key terms, reviewing assumptions, or clarifying conditions to proposals or agreements. Strong terms and conditions negotiation skills to include the ability to negotiate with major subcontractors.
• Administration of complex agreements of diverse types, to include FFP, T&M, Cost-type, IDIQs, OTAs, etc.
• Become fluent in TSC's business model and culture by understanding the programs, the suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Process new subcontract awards and modifications, and maintain accurate subcontract records within Deltek Costpoint.
• Prepare negotiation strategies for existing or prospective subcontractors to establish performance, and contractual guidelines for assigned subcontracts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's with 10 - 12 years of experience or a Master's with 8 - 10 years of experience.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Experience supporting Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
• Successful, demonstrated full life cycle subcontract administration experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Deltek Costpoint experience
