Name of Employer: The Options Clearing Corporation Job Title: Associate Principal, Identity and Access Management Systems Location: 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd., Suite 400, Dallas, TX 75019 Duties: Design, build and maintain enterprise-wide Identity Management solution, SailPoint IdentityIQ. Responsible for access control and all associated programs with an emphasis on development, hygiene, and maintenance of the Sailpoint IIQ core product. Collaborate daily for IAM System design and implementation, and assist with operational and customer support of the OCC workforce in Identity and Access related functions. Develop custom connectors and write custom code for rules and workflows using Java, Beanshell, SQL and XML programming languages in SailPoint IdentityIQ to create custom integrations. Develop custom integration, workflows and rules between tools using Agile methodologies. Plan, implement, enforce and review security policies, procedures, and controls specific to Identity Access Management. Process access requests and issue tickets for internal and external customers. Implement authentication and authorization solutions using single-sign on protocols SAML, OAuth2.0 and OIDC or PingID, or ForgeRock Identity Suite (ForgeRock Access Management, ForgeRock Directory Services, ForgeRock Identity Gateway) in conjunction with Okta and SailPoint IdentityIQ. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system issues that might contribute to enterprise production problems. Manage assigned project work through all phases (design, build, test, cutover). Report on controls, evidence gathering and control execution as related to the systems and processes this individual supports. Work collaboratively across IT and Business departments to implement technical solutions. Monitor, evaluate and maintain systems and procedures to enforce best practices for user access authorization and control. Research, recommend, and implement changes to procedures and systems to enhance systems security. Assist in identifying and developing tools and methods to track and monitor risk.
