Product Cook/Machine Operator - 5pm to 5 am

Job Title Product Cook/Machine Operator

Job Summary: Works a 2-2-3 schedule, which means works every other weekend. Shift time is from 5 pm to 5 am. Ensures all products are cooked correctly according to product specifications.

Job Responsibilities

Applicants will be required to cook products, check temperature regularly, load and unload ovens with products. Fills out logs and ensures that HACCP procedures are followed.

Job Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including above head and below the waist.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.
• Must have basic math computation skills.
• Must have computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate through various means including; radio, email and written documents.
• Must be able to read and write in English to fill out forms.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing a plus.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
• Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen and physical.
